It started out great, I had called 3 other law offices and nobody was interested in helping me, as they never called back. Volk receptionist was very helpful and got me an appointment, normal fee for consult.
The attorney was very helpful, felt like my case against roofer using wrong materials on my house was strong. We discussed fees and all was good, we were going to see roofer in court if they didn't do right. The attorney invited me to call back if i had additional questions. The following week i called the office was told he was busy and would call me back. Waited an week and called again, an assistant talked to me and tried to help but wasn't able, she said she would pass along my need to talk to attorney. Never got a call back. I accept small discount on my bill from roofer as i just didn't feel any law firm was interested in helping.

I would not recommend this firm. Musical chair attorneys that you have to pay to relearn your case, bogus billing for nonsense and to top it all off after I quit because of the way I was treated, they created a fake invoice to steal $475 out of my retainer. Stear clear at all costs. You can't post without giving at least one star, so I did, but in my opinion Volk Law is one big zero.

I chose this place to pay for a consult after two days reading lawyer profiles in the surrounding area. I am convinced this was the right choice, because I was treated exceptionally well by the firm (Mr. Brian Solomon) and its reception staff (Jennifer) even though I was only seeking a consult. It was obvious early during my consult that they would be pointing me in the direction of other firms, and they were patient with both my late arrival and technical difficulties and frankly gave me more of their time than they were obligated to since they chose not to hold these things against me and to advise me regardless.

They were very human, very kind, and I felt as though I took enough information away from the consult to make the hour more than worth the cost. Would recommend to anyone near this area.

This is the law firm you don't want to deal with. They just want to send you bills. It is not much of a law firm but a rip off firm. Your monthly bill will be nothing but nonsense fake makeup numbers, like copies, phone calls, emails, dictation etc etc and invoice will be outrageous for not for your actual lawsuit but for their own internal non sense just to keep their luxury office running.

I would not suggest this firm.
