Mrs.Anderson is a very kind caring lady and a great lawyer!

I have to further elaborate that Margaret Anderson asked a court of law to incarcerate me over fraudulent child support as I filed a legitimate appeal proving an order was entered in my absence as a result of the court sending a notice of hearing to an address I was not served at by police. In addition, I filed personal checks in accordance with the court order that were made out to Ms. Anderson's domestic violence client. Despite all of that, Margaret Anderson still asked a court to incarcerate me and suspend my driver's license. The court agreed with me, and vacated the incorrect order. Ms. Anderson and her client then pushed the case for about 6 months with perjury and fraud. Imagine dealing with this situation by yourself as a poor university student unable to afford a lawyer. I was a devoted father with no legal education, and Margaret Anderson used that to her advantage to falsely convict me over a case that almost any reasonable person will deem utterly senseless. Ms. Anderson's conduct in the case can be described as inhumane. Her legal practice reflects someone who is pure scum. Even the hearing officer and opposing attorney for the Department of Revenue were disgusted by her conduct. That wasn't enough for Ms. Anderson, because she continued harassing my life through the system as I struggled to recover from her malpractice. I tried to finish my university education, but eventually could not handle university coursework and representing myself against her repeated fraud cases. As of 02/24/2018, I am a former father who has not seen or spoken with my son since October 2016. This is a direct result of Margaret Anderson and her domestic violence client driving me completely away with their false lawsuits, perjury, and fraud, to the point where I legitimately evacuated with my son during Hurricane Matthew to another state, and tried to stay there in order to escape their false imprisonment. They had me arrested, even though I left under the exact wording of the parenting contract. Margaret Anderson's family law practice is a disgrace to any respectable lawyer. She is the type of person who contributes to the negative stereotypes of lawyers.

As someone who has been repeatedly victimized by Margaret Anderson's family law practice, I can honestly say she is a 1-star lawyer. I believe she has been disciplined by the Florida Bar for attorney misconduct. If you're looking for honor, integrity, and honesty, then look somewhere else. She has pushed false imprisonment and child support fraud against me on behalf of a domestic violence client. There is no consideration for how my son's life is being negatively impacted by her gutter legal tactics. I don't understand how these types of lawyers are allowed to practice family law. Attorneys of her kind have no business intervening in the lives of other peoples' children. In my opinion, she needs to be disbarred.

This wonderful young woman is solely responsible for saving my daughter's life. When I approached Ms. Anderson in Aug. 2016, my 1 YO daughter was being dragged through a herendous situation by her mother. Ms. Anderson was the only attorney in town willing to tell me the truth and have me understand the LAW for how it was written. She went to work immeaditly, and not only was Ms. Anderson able to ensure I spent Christmas with my daughter (after not seeing her for over 7 months), but she also got me 100% timeshare by May of this year. Today my daughter is safe and happy all thanks to the professionalism and wisdom of this wonderful woman.

Margaret Anderson has been fantastic. She's very experienced and knowledgable. I was an idiot and wrote up my own divorce using forms from the internet. (Don't do this!). Margaret worked with me to clean up the agreements, and get me back on track. She saved me a LOT of money and helped me to get a fair outcome.
