Terrible attention to detail and even worse communication skills. They may be better in person, but if you have to communicate with this firm via email because you don't live in the area, find another law firm.

She's ok told us to send a copy of death certificate and key to mortgage company and we still get a monthly bill from them ,called her to talk about it wants 300 dollars to talk
