First time I have ever had to deal with an attorney for something like this and I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. randy is very patient, understanding, up-front, knowledgeable on many aspects of the law in Florida. He's very down to earth and will explain things to you in laimans terms so you understand exactly what this & that means. He genuinely showed empathy and compassion.
From the beginning to the end of the case, he responded quickly to questions I had. If it was odd hours or if his secretary was out, I got a call from him!
I contacted numerous attorney and law firms at the time, he was the only one who actually had the courtesy to call back quickly and within a timely manner.
He is one of the few good ones in this state in my opinion. If more attorneys were like him- they wouldn't have that negative stereotypical reputation in society.
