If you decide to choose this attorney; take the contract to a reputable secondary attorney. Have them review the contract, it is miss leading. Make sure that all costs are thoroughly explained prior to any contract signature. Once explained, have them sign a contract of goodwill with their explanation. This firm nickels and dimes you to death, they end up with 77.4% of a Mediation Settlement!!!!! If one actually went to court, God only knows how far and just how greedy they would get.
