My mom is 84 years old and beginning to decline with Dementia. My dad was also retired military and she receives his military pension . Our goal was to protect her assets as much as possible for her future care needs. We met with Joanie Rodriguez and she was able to do that and more, setting things up so that my mom could get additional benefits from the VA due to my dads military service during war time. We always received timely communications, either by phone or email. And one of the most important things to my mom was that she was included in all of the discussions. Joanie was compassionate and patient with her and answered her questions, even when she asked the same question a few times. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism of the firm, plus their care and concern for the people they are helping. When and if we need further help, I wouldn't hesitate to call them!

Stay away from this firm!. They over charge for everything. I had a $7.00 claim against an estate and they racked up bills of hundreds of dollars to settle it!!! Any simple question was replied with a charge of $195 to $495 an hour to answer, STAY AWAY!!!
