I am smiling today and I find myself thanking God, on my decision to have Joseph Rooth handle my work comp case. Even though it was obvious from the start that this was no fault of my own and I had multiple injuries - work comp batted me around like a pin-pong ball. It was obvious from the start their game was to try to deny any medical care or attention that was due me. My daughter had to help me when I was finally able to go up and down the stairs of my home, and each injury took months to even feel as if I would ever heal. They were even denying to pay my emergency room visit - affecting my credit. Joseph Rooth went to bat for me every turn of the way: making sure I received every MRI and therapy I very much needed at the time. Having to deal with work comp was an eye opening experience - I couldn't even understand how or why they are deemed legal. I found everything that they did unethical - and had it not been for Mr. Joseph Rooth, my daughter and I feel we would not have gotten through the year long ordeal as well as we did. In short, he brought in hope and gave us the assurance that we had not only a gentleman, but also a scholar, on our side fighting for us. We thank God for Mr. Rooth and his whole office, who was right there when we needed them - which is more than anyone would expect from any law firm. I believe that all the turn of events that took us to these wonderful people, was God's divine intervention.

Joe really goes to bat for his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable about workers comp and fully explained the good and the bad about the process. I had a mediation set up and had a panic attack the night before. Joseph took care of everything with me by phone every step of it. He does not just care about money and truly cares about the client. Totally made me have new respect for the profession.

Ambulance chaser. If you don't have a slam dunk case that he has to do little to no work, for the maximum amount of compensation he's not interested. When a law firm says they fight for your rights and what your entitled to that's only to get you in the door. Once your signed they drag the case on for years until both sides break you mentally physically and financially then the do a quick settlement. Of course over the years he got paid. And watch the bill. Overcharging although not in this case is ramp id.
If the law was written like the criminal law that when you can't afford an attorney one will be appointed these work comp money grubbing attorneys would not be allowed to pick and choose all there case's . Again the slam dunks. Like say a dozen witness's saw the fork lift driver run you over that's a case they take.
