A few months ago I asked my Dad to update his will with Jay Moreland. He recently passed and I then learned the wrong son was inserted in the will creating a huge mess. My two brothers who had almost no contact with him in the last 40 years agree the last person Dad would want to handle and inherit his estate was entered. Sadly we will never know what his real intentions were. Lastly when I asked for a copy of the updated will they refused to give it to me and was told to go to the courthouse and get a copy.
