My family and I have used Sandy and Dave for many different legal issues....they are caring, patient, and treat people like their family...I have seen Sandy come out to the waiting room and hug people! For as many times as I have had to call the office I was never treated with anything but pure respect and kindness...bankruptcy, divorce and even probates are very difficult situations to be in and requires a lot of emotional support and empathy....this is exactly what this office provides. It’s a safe -non judgmental place....kudos for having a great staff as well!!

After a year of being a client they just sent me a letter and email stating they are unable to help me. Due to " I didnt send in all the information" which i did numerous times. Over phone calls, emails and i personally drove in paper work. I called and emailed Courtney Menedez who what the probate attorney. Then Sandra Day sent me the email declining me. I called and asked why, she rudely said I didn't sense in the information, I told her I did. She told me she was declining me of all representation. Then her assisted told Mrs. DAY to hang up on me and she did. Very rude and disrespectful law firm.

I have had the most helpful people help me with my most difficult times. Friendly and helpful with any problems. Thanks for all your help in my most difficult times.

i went to the office to file bankruptcy. they told me that i should not. why? can not squeeze money from a stone

For a man going through divorce. Do not go here. Over priced for one. Drags the divorce out. To try and go to court so that you have to spend an extra 10000. Charges 250 an hour to read email that takes 5 minutes.
Took weeks to get anything going.
But it is a con system with him and other lawyers in this town.
Once you hire him you have to get a court order to fire him. He does nothing in the court room. But sits there while lies are being said.
Good luck with this guy.

We went there to update our wills. They offered us a package for $650 which I thought was a little pricey but we chose to do that. It took several weeks to complete. We had to call a couple times to see if it was done. They were very nice and helpful. They made us extra copies for our children.

Anyway, I'm giving a shout-out to the healthcare providers who were ass-raping me on a daily basis with ridiculous billing practices. I'm probably the only clown on the planet who's PROUD to have gone bankrupt with a 700+ credit rating... God bless America, cause the way we're doing business, we're gonna need it... Sure, God is a cool dude n' all, BUT I decided to throw my dice and go with a law firm that came highly recommended by a few of the TOP firms in Tampa... I was searching online for a Bankruptcy lawyer nearest me. Day office seemed like a really good office to go thru with all the positive reviews. I submitted an online form thru their website to be contacted to further my bankruptcy on May 18th. Today is June 6th and I have not gotten a response at all from their office. At this point I am going to move forward with someone else as they can't professionally contact me back after leaving a request online. What a waste of time.

**And just a response to the owner who replied. Sounds like you have an attitude for the poor rating instead of wanting to make it better you could of asked for me to resubmit it. Check with your online website provider because I sure did submit it. Just cause I'm filing Bankruptcy doesnt mean I'm trash and wrong and not smart. Things happen. But I for sure will not go with you or recommend your office after your "smart" reply. Your loss not mine.
