Though I didn't receive a call back after filling out their intake form in a timely manner that worked for me, the office did reach out to me and sincerely apologized for not contacting me right away. Many businesses don't care how their customers are treated, but this form does. This act alone will make me reach out to their firm again if there need arises in the future. I highly recommended them.

Truly the best accident law firm in town. The entire staff is extremely helpful, especially Eileen, who was always on top of things. excellent service Eileen took great care of me they got me the best doctors made sure i got all necessary tests to get me treatment for all of my injuries they took care of everything from beginning to end Eileen called me many times to update me on everything any change or movement on my case i was well informed throughout the entire process i was treated like a valued client from the day i walked in with care, compassion ,respect not a number like most firms any time i had a question i just called the main number gave my name asked to speak with Eileen i was put in touch with her no matter witch office she was at if she was with another client i received a call back as soon as she was finished not 8 hours or a week later i never once had to recall again to hunt her down like allot of places you have to call 4 or 5 times Mr Steven A Bagen is a true Gentleman awesome attorney and his firm is an asset to the community I highly recommend his firm for all your injury needs I rate them 10 stars but unfortunately it only goes to 5 stars
