This is the office that will fight for you and fight hard for you as they proved it again for me.

I had Hightower for my attorney, He said to take $3,000 for my work comp hernia injury which required emergency surgery and pain like I've never known. I fired Hightower in front of the opposing attorney and the ins adjuster. Turned around and got Mr McLean and within 3 weeks settled for $35,000. Yep, $35,000. Best of all, Mr McLean was my science teacher back about 40 years ago at North Marion Middle School. Thanks Mr McLean and staff. Excellent work from the whole office!!

I contacted this law office to get help with a very bad injury that will last me a lifetime. I trusted this lawyer with my workers compensation claim and they failed me. The settlement I got was no where near what I should have received. They settled the case and told me it was the highest I could get only to later found out they settled for any injury that could have been wrong with my back, not the specific injury that will require surgery or more extensive treatment in the future. I highly recommend going to another law office for more extensive injuries that will last you a lifetime so it will be taken seriously, not just for them to make a few bucks the easiest way they can imagine.

This firm helped me with my auto accident, work comp, and now my disability claim. They were there when i needed them most, and answered any questions or concerns l had in a timely and intuitive manner. I continue to use them and always will.

My son Héctor worked for the same company as his Dad and Uncle. He got injured and felt neglected when the company didn’t believe his complaint to be legitimate at the time. Mr. Mclean, was very good lawyer, got me great deal on working comp settlement. Even tho I gave him 5 star, he does have minor flaws, needs to keep his client update with status and progress of the case. I never met him, would have been nice to see him face to face in order to know who he is. As far has his staff they get 5 star too, very polite and professional.

100% 5star service. I'll use them again any time my needs are in their area of expertise. It is a little odd that I'm getting review requests years after our most recent business resolved, though.

Excellent attorney and staff... upon calling for a workers comp employer retaliation case, they did not pressure me to notify employer I had an attorney on case. Mr. Mclean called me himself and told me exactly what he would do... Approximately 4 months later after physical therapy , pain management and an injection he settled my case and even cut me a check for ten percent due to major hardships until my checks came in about 3 weeks later. Very down to earth attorney , wonderful staff and just a great guy. I would recommend him prior to any of these large attorneys you see plastered everywhere.
