He started off with good contact, went to visit my uncle in jail, then it ended. We have been calling and calling and calling to get a simple yes or no answer on if hes going to take the case and have just gotten either voicemail or his secretary so we decided to make the drive to see him in person. When we got there. His secretary said he was gone for the week, gave us no answers and took a message so basically we were back to square one.

Reasonable rates patience beyond the typical

I had obtained Scott Timothy Smith in 2017 and I paid $1,090.00 in full for attorney fees. Mr. Smith had did the bare minimum on my case for two year's and requested more money. He filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel but I had until March 19th to pay the x amount of dollars Mr. Smith was requesting. I feel he had scam me out of my money and wasn't concern with my case considering I had to get records and evidence on my own that he charged me for. I feel he was only concern with how much money he could get out of me.
