What a disaster and huge waste of money. This woman screwed me around for nearly a year, billing every single month to “send emails”, didn’t lift a phone, pen or finger in my case and somehow I owe her money still. No results, no nothing. Horrible attorney, save yourself the headache and go to Jorge Colon or Melissa Hancock. For the $5,000 spent I should have something to show for the work done in my case, instead I have emails she sent to opposing counsel and that’s it. In a very simple family law case, nothing. I’m dumbfounded.

Ashley Howard- You should file a complaint with the Florida Bar! That behavior is unacceptable and she needs to be reprimanded. She treated my friend Brittney very terribly and withdrew in the middle of their case, days before a big hearing and left her in a totally adverse situation, she is doing a bar complaint also. I hate seeing innocent people get taken advantage and lives ruined by people! This attorney is terrible! Absolutely awful. Removed kids entirely from a loving Father during a GAL case and he didn't do a thing wrong. Reference DeRosa v DeRosa on the 5th circuit docket.

Warning!!!! Do not use this woman for an attorney. She forgot half of the things i dicussed with her , was threatening to me and i paid her 3500 $ for nothing. In the end me and my wife, now x wife agreed , on everything. Kelly had no original ideas in meditation and left me to push through and come up with solutions. In court she acted sick and the judge paid more attention to her than us . She charged me 90 $ for a 4 minute phone call and suggested that i put my 4 year old daughter in therapy. For what? Shes 4. Also when i originally called to retain her services she agreed to 3000 dollars and lied about that. I paid more than i should have and she cost me dearly. She will treat you like a number more than a person and i cant stress enough how unimportant she made me feel and it seemed like she was siding with my x instead of doing her job. She was complacent and completely oblivious to the actual situation with my 4 year old baby girl. She did Not fight for me at all. Just go with the flow kind of mentality and absolutely no good ideas whatsoever with reguards on how to actually help me. Seemed like she was accommodating my x far more than me and i was paying for it. Three thousand five hundred dollars later im getting back on my feet and supporting my daughter. If you need a lawyer that doesn't work shes your girl.

This attorney is NOT worth the money! I felt as if she was very unorganized, made her client jump through all these hoops to do the footwork for her. She continuously asked for the same documents that were given to her over and over. Waiting until the last minute to get things together. Thought she had the case in the bag and told her client many times there is nothing to worry about. I witnessed her client get screwed big time! Extremely displeased with her performance. I repeat NOT worth the money!

You are correct I was not there for everything. But your client told me many times he felt like you did not fight for him. I was there every step of the way believe me! As for the proposal.....that was a joke. The final judgement even has mis-information. UNBELIEVABLE!

Kelly was the guardian on my custody case and I do not feel she acted in the best interest of the child. She came to my home for my interview but quickly left in a hurry to tend to her own family without finishing and did not contact me back for follow up. She did not call people to interview until days before mediation but had her recommendation done already. She accused me of bad parenting but never confirmed to find out that the information she was given was valid and factual(provided multiple types of evidence). I was accused of being a certain type of parent yet she never saw me interact with my child. She did not consider all options and only looked at what was happening now. She was supposed to be at court and left after his testimony without my side and seeing my evidence. She was not unbiased at all and I would not recommend her.
