I am a witness on a case over 2 yrs old. All 4 witnesses are unwilling to testify. They have no case..and are using our tax payer dollars to. Tri a family argument. Its just ridiculous!! It should be dismissed no 1 is willing to cooperate. Then they send us a wrong date for jury trial..guess tuese people are above the law and do whatever they want..even when it is wrong.. There should be a law against using our tax money to put cases on jury trial because a defendant is standing up for himself and refuses to accept their stupid plea deal. I understand not wanting to loose a case however proceeding to take a case WITH NO EVIDENCE just to get money out of someone is unacceptable.
