Edit( Just read her reply, doesn’t even care about how much trouble she put us through, she’s just trying to cover her back. Don’t worry keep it up, your disservice to others looking for your help will catch up to you and very suspicious that just a couple hours later “good” reviews popped up after they were already closed. Next time do your job right. So much trouble you put our family through with all the time you wasted) Ridiculous woman. Canceled almost a dozen times, do not waste your time here. She is riddled with excuses. We are sitting in her office right now looking for our refund and she still can’t even find any money to pay us. We are just sitting here while she is scrambling to look for a check book. We started this process in November, and never finished now canceling in June. She offered a refund before but we were so far at the end why would we cancel now that we waited SO LONG. We ended up asking for a refund because we showed up to her office with no appointment to make sure she finally finished the paperwork and she ended up telling us information was still missing. We filled that paper work out months ago and asked her to review it and she is now telling us 5 months later it needs to be done again. She wasn’t even apologetic she became defensive, projecting her own short comings on us. If anyone has a recommendation to who to report her scam please let us know. Thank you.

This place is a scam. She kept asking me if I needed a refund because she couldn’t get her scheduled in order. Canceled again and again. I postponed my move and a new job in a different state because she was so unorganized. If she wasted a lot of your time and keeps offering you a refund to just be done with you I recommend you also report her to the FTC. They do not take this kind of fraud/scam lightly and if we all report her this business will no longer be able to rip anyone else off of their time and money. She just gave me a check for my refund as well and feared that it may bounce? I can’t even anymore with her.

She was very helpful and but after they took my money it was hard to become in contact with the lawyer. I had to ask for a complete refund.

After calling and driving around to several different locations and being told that it was going to be $10 for notary service and that it could cost me up to 20 just for a stamp and a signature I found this place online. According to one of the reviews they had $5 notary service so I went and I have to say it was 1 of the best experiences of my life. They were super kind and fast and I really appreciate them helping me out having such great service for such a minimal fee. They have lots of services here you should really check them out

If I could give no stars, I would.

First off, I contacted Virginia Ortiz about terminating my ex's rights to my son. She quickly explained it could be done and that it was an easy process. After THREE WEEKS of waiting, she emailed me over a few documents and stated all I had to do was file them through the courthouse, which I did. After I filed them, I received a letter from the court stating I had missed SIX different forms that needed to be turned in, on top of parenting classes for both my ex and I. So I had to run around trying to get it all done in the 30 days the court gives you. My ex lifes in CA, mind you so none of these were easy tasks on my end.

After finally obtaining the forms Virginia failed to mention that I needed, I finally had a court date... WHICH WAS ALL FOR NOTHING. In the state of Florida, you apparently cannot terminate a father's rights. So all the money I wasted, not to mention MY time, my ex's time AND THE COURTS TIME. All because Virginia said it could be done.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HER!!!!
