With the bigger law firms it seems to me that you get lost in the mix of clients and emails, paralegals. Joel and his team really go above and beyond what is expected. Joel Wilson is an amazing attorney!! He is nice, considerate and gives you realistic expectations about your case. He is handling my divorce with child custody case and while the entire case has been stressful he has been there to explain everything to me in detail. It is almost impossible to find an attorney who is caring and also knows how to handle himself in a courtroom however Joel does it all. Run away.. Worse lawyer in the world, very money hungry.. does not do anything at all.. can never get a hold of no one in the office.. worse experience ever..

Joel and Jessica were my attorneys for a paternity and custody case. They did an excellent job and (unlike a statement in another review) I never got the impression they were more concerned about money than my case. Joel is very direct with his opinions and I appreciated that. Word of advice - it's easier to reach Jessica than Joel once they take your case. I would use this law firm again and highly recommend them to others.

One of the guys here is completely rude and condescending. Was calling around to find a respectable lawyer and hear his opinion on my matter, got hung up on before I could finish talking. Called about sealing/expunging (which is money in their pocket) and a new case (money in their pocket.) Too many lawyers actually like their job, and give you more then 1 minute and 20 seconds of a conversation. (I looked at my call log after) Anybody can google possible legal actions to take. Maybe he is a great lawyer, and I caught him on a friday after a long week, but just make sure you give him your charges, your name, avoid details or get hung up on. Maybe they do not get enough sleep to take on new clients. At least say goodbye before you hang up.

I have not moved forward with this law office only because I had to find someone out of state. However, if needed, Joe Wilson is who I would choose in Florida with no doubt. I called around looking for some simple answers and he was not only helpful but extremely generous as far as time and advice. I was very impressed!
