The first time I went to the Elder Law Center, I was treated with such kindness and compassion it impressed me greatly. When I recently lost my brother and had probate issues, without a second thought, I returned to them. The professionalism, compassion and knowledge will always keep me coming back.

After my mothers sudden passing a few months ago. I realized it would be a good time to start the estate planning for my Elderly father.

After researching several Elder law firms, I decided on Kirson & Fuller. From our initial consultation & throughout our entire estate planning process, I couldn't be happier with the cooperation we received. Our attorney Tracy reviewed all the scenarios with us and let us decide on what we felt was best for my father and our family.

Estate planning is very confusing, but they guided me through the entire process step by step. I'm so happy we selected Kirson & Fuller and now I feel very comfortable that my fathers estate is finalized and done right.
Thanks Tracy!
Bruce.

After nearly two years of trying to navigate the complicated and often arduous process of Medicare/Medicaid/VA for my parents, I was blessed to connect with Renee Peppy while serving on the Cornerstone Hospice Capital Campaign Board. At my first meeting with Renee, I could feel my anxiety slipping away as I listened to her explain the process. She introduced me to Fanny Gomez-Mackey, the firm’s Director of Public Benefits, who by all accounts is a true miracle worker. Fanny handled our cases with such efficiency that sometimes I couldn’t even keep up.

Any time I called with a question or concern, it was as if she could wave a magic wand and everything was right with the world once again. Indeed, most of her contacts are on speed dial. Fanny’s strong relationships with government agencies and healthcare facilities made it easier for us to determine the best course of action for my parents. She continues to be a Godsend.

I sleep better at night knowing that I don’t have to worry about the legal aspects of my parents’ care, and I highly recommend Kirson and Fuller to anyone looking for assistance in the field of elder law matters.

Ms. Kirson made a wonderful and excellent presentation about FL Medicaid and how to protect your assets, at the Marks St. Senior Center. That was what encouraged me to set an appointment with one of her firm's lawyers. The staff was courteous and friendly. I met one of the lawyers for a consultation for $300 fee. I answered all the questions on the law firm's questionnaire and indicated my objective was to understand FL Medicaid and the asset protection strategy. Our meeting focused more on the revision and updating of my will. It was really my intent to have my will redone but wanted to find out if I could be eligible for Fl Medicaid program and the strategies thereof, including Asset Protection. The lawyer did take time in reviewing my situation but never walked me through answers to my main objective for consulting with them. Instead of answering my question, she stated that it will be our next step after my will is redone.

Christian prepared our will and trust documents. He was professional, thorough, and easily accessible. He always answered our questions and was a pleasure to work with. We had a deadline due to international travel and he met it with no hesitation. All the staff we interacted with was professional and pleasant.

My husband had severe complications after a heart transplant and was not recovering well in rehab. It looked like he was going to have to be transferred to a long term nursing home. He had assets but I was younger and still working and wanted to see how I could protect our assets and pay for long term care. As a professional in the Elder Services community, I have referred to Kirson Fuller but now found myself as a client. They planned it all out, protecting my income and both of our assets, and knew things that I had never heard of, like transferring assets over to a spouse! It turned out that my husband began to respond to treatment and now is well and will not need long term care. But I knew where to go to protect myself, and him, and to get the resources we needed during this stressful time. The Elder Law Center of Kirson and Fuller made me feel I had some control as they protected my family and our assets. I have no hesitancy in referring them to anyone who needs help and advice.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Kirson Fuller in obtaining Medicaid Benefit Assistance for my wife who has Alzheimer's. At first, I thought that I could apply on my own, but then realized that the application process is quite involved and the personal data required is very specific

I especially liked talking to a live person whenever I called and their attention to my account was of the utmost.

I highly recommend Kirson Fuller to anyone who is seeking to place a loved one in a Memory Care facility.

In a time of crisis when you are making critical decisions to provide the best care for a senior loved one, I strongly recommend The Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller. They operate to a very high standard and helped my to secure the care I needed for my father. They kept me informed with every step of the process and were exceptional in getting back to me with questions I had as things developed in my efforts to be appointed Guardian for my father.

Renee Peppy my council and her assistant Caitlin Vaczi have worked closely with my family and really listened and delivered on their promise to help.

Without Reservation, I strongly recommend this firm to anyone who needs help in navigating elder care law. They are the best!

Earlier this year my sister and I began looking into the process of applying for Medicaid for our mom. The process is extremely complicated and virtually impossible for an individual to navigate. We were referred to Kirson & Fuller and had an initial conversation with Patti Fuller which was immensely informative and helpful. We then worked with Fanny Gomez and she took the lead in guiding us through the Medicaid application process. She detailed the required documentation and once we provided that information she and her team took it from there. Fanny is very responsive to our questions & concerns, extremely accomodating and has made a very stressful process much less so. The Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller are not only highly qualified, subject matter experts but also compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend them without any reservations to anyone who needs help in applying and obtaining public assistance for an elderly family member in need. A perfect 10 out of 10 in my book.

And I will call her our night in shinning armor appeared. Thanks to Fanny Gomez director of public benefits. She gave us The Elder Law Center of Kirson and Fuller and is always there to help us. . Well the rest in history and the confusion got less and less. On a scale of 1-10 , I personally will give them a 15. From the first meeting till now they have been on our side. No matter how small or big the question was they always had an answer. I highly recommend this law firm to everyone. Don't just take my word if you need help . call them and I know they will handle your case with care.

When it became apparent that my elderly mother needed to be placed in a nursing home, I began the process of applying for public benefits for her. Applying and gathering the paperwork is a very time-consuming and laborious form-filling task. I felt frustrated & overwhelmed trying to complete the process. Her application was turned down twice. It was at that point that I turned to the Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller. I gave them all of the documentation I had and they took it from there. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating and it took a huge burden off my shoulders. In just a few short months, approval was received for the assistance my mother needs and I was much less stressed in the process. I have worked for lawyers in the Orlando area for 43+ years and am a Florida registered paralegal. My field of expertise is not in elder law or applying for public benefits, but there is no question in my mind that this law firm is highly-qualified, diligent and caring in helping their clients. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any elder care law needs. Personally, I wouldn't go to anyone else.
