When I contacted this company, the representative I spoke with did not even know the full name of company that she is employed with. She, actually, had to ask one of her co-workers what the full name of the company was and her co-worker did not know the full name of the company, either. Why would anyone conduct business with a company whose employees do not even know the name of the company they work for and receive a paycheck from? If I could give a negative 25 star rating for this company, I would. I am posting this rating as the president and CEO of my corporation. I know the implicit importance of customer satisfaction and I have over 120 -5 star ratings with my internet marketers and nothing less than 5 stars!! This is definitely NOT a company that is worth the time and/or effort contacting or attempting to conduct business!!
