Rebecca Blechman was the attorney we initially hired for an injunction hearing at which she was exceptionally good so we hired her for the child custody battle. From there things went south very quickly. She not only charged us for things she either didn't do or didn't keep a record of and when it came time for the actual hearing she "called in sick". The attorney Jordan law had stand in for her was a hot mess as well. His opening statement had the judge asking if my son only wanted custody of his daughter to be able to interrogate her when he has her. He tried to back pedal at that point but it was all too late. Both Rebecca and Jordan Law did not file any of the evidence we had so NONE of it was presented at the hearing. In a 3 month time period our bill ended up over $5000 and only half of what they charged us for ended up being in the file. We had to hire another attorney for trial and literally start all over. In my opinion if you have other options besides this law firm I would definitely take it!

The Jordan Law team is everything you would want in a law firm. I used them twice to help a loved one get through a terrible ordeal. I noticed no one in their reviews has actually posted what their charges were. I was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon with two other lesser charges. Jordan put in a motion for stand your ground,we had a hearing,it took the judge almost a month and no ruling. I asked Jordan...if she ruled against me,how would he feel about taking it to trail? And he responded.....I'm 90% sure we can win the case...not to many lawyers will give you a percentage. Long story short he got the aggravated battery dropped,the other dismissed and a the 3rd downgraded to a disorderly conduct. Not to mention relieving me of the stress of having to go to trail. I'm 120% satisfied. He is a great person all around & a great lawyer. I even got the pleasure of meeting his wife,which was pretty cool. I was one of those that thought I would never need to hire an attorney. However, life happens and I needed one fast. I was recommended to use Jordan from an attorney friend I grew up with. I am elated to say going with Jordan for my legal needs was the best choice with a flawless outcome.

My son received a level 4 expulsion in a rush to judgement by his school. I was lied to by the school about the evidence, and their actions. The school officials told me I could not use legal representation at the preliminary hearing done within the school, another lie. She was also told by the school that she would not be able to attend the preliminary hearing, that was put to rest within minutes and we had our representation. The hearing was different than any legal proceeding I'd ever seen with the Hearing Examiner also serving as prosecutor, I would have lost it, (in more ways than one) without our attorneys help. She knew the process, and steered the defense to our ultimate victory. Mr.Herrera is an awesome great guy and lawyer to represent you in court. I had some traffic citations from 2 years + and had my license suspended. He walked me through how to go about getting my license valid and within 2 months, had my license back.
