Jeremy Farnham's review had the opposite effect than what he desired. Bruce gave a prospective client the proper respect by honestly answering a question with "I don't know". All too often people take on work they can't correctly finish and the client ends up with a bad deal because of it. Mr. Farnham should be thankful, rather than spiteful, for this courtesy.
