HOA has no proof they advised of a violation. This law firm sent a letter with a fee to the homeowner. The HOA should have to provide proof of a violation was served prior to the attorney being involved and charging the homeowner fees.

The law firm look nice and welcoming the people there are very nice and professional. As far as the law side I don't know anything on how their services are so i can't comment

We have been dealing with Mr Di Masi company on a HOA issue. The HOA was incorrect in it's assumption that the Fees had not been paid. The law Firm was advised of this and also that the check we sent was being stopped. Masi stilled tried to cash the check. The company has provided bad service and communication.

Not a good company. Dont do what they promised.
