They never want to do anything, any cases I have had, they always say I can't do anything so what am I paying for? for ridiculous letters like really what in the world a letter is going to do? I just got defamed by an store owner where I use to work and is telling everyone in the city I live bad thongs about me the store is Gun Dog Armory and have proof and they said my resignation letter was disrespectful, it was not at all disrespectful it was truth! Smh what a waste of my money with this firm.

I’m not surprised by any of the negative comments I see here. They have harassed my email with a fake cease and desist letter that was intended for my husband which obtained false accusations against him and on top of that my husband and I have LegalShield as well and have sent FOUR messages containing legal documentation to them through their app which says we would hear from them Within four hours but instead we received an email to my husbands email address containing someone else’s personal legal information and no comments or contents in regard to my husbands legal inquiry. I hope they enjoy the 26 page response my husband has sent them in regards to the false accusations they sent to him. I’ll be consulting an ACTUAL ATTORNEY next Wednesday. I would not trust this company to tie a shoe much less handle a legal matter.

Worst experience. I have time sensitive case and the attorney that called, didnt care, didnt tey to help and told me to go file the paperwork myself
Then didnt have time to talk...asked me to call back after 1, they didnt answer and was told they would call right back. that was 4 hrs before they closed for the day..NO call back..No help. Very disappointing. Very arrogant and uncaring attorney. Made me feel inimportant

worst law firm ever!!!! I got recommended by them through legal shiels and have done absolutely nothing except send a letter. Everytime I tried to call them they said someone would call and never would then when would call it would be five minutes before they close.Then on Friday the last "lawyer" I talked to didn't even act like or didn't know what was going on and saying my cause isn't fraud im sorry when someone changes you information after you put it in IT FRAUD im not sure if some of them are even lawyers .Its been months and she basically stated on Friday um sorry cant help you youre screwed ina sence " go to anybody else for any legal matters

I had my will, healthcare power of attorney, and living will done by DSK Law and the experience couldn't have been better. Not always easy to discuss this type of stuff but they made it painless. Really friendly and responsive staff, too. Highly recommended!!!

Cause my experience with them was not so good, I called them several times and each time they but me on hold then an answer machine will start (and you can never understand any word), you leave your voice messages and they will never call back!

Law firm is stacked with some of the greatest legal mines in the state. Attorney Thomas Neal is one of the best in the country!

In my opinion, stay away from this firm. They did not treat me in what I feel is a fair and honest way.

I subscribe to the benefits of Legalshield representation of this firm, de Beaubien Knight Simmons , etc. After years of subscription, they change their policy with no formal notification to their client to represent a lawful issue, and decide they will not represent unilaterally to their discretion.

Interesting fact, a year earlier, this firm represented the same issue without discretion.

BEWARE! Changing policies may cause you without representation.
