In 2017 we hired Mr. De Luna because our problems with the IRS had reached a critical point. He and his staff made us feel very comfortable. Within a week of our first meeting we began to see results. After a year of working with him we have settled with the IRS are extremely satisfied with the results. Mr. De Luna has been extremely helpful in negotiating with IRS agents on our behalf. He was able to work with the IRS to settle several issues for a favorable outcome. We have met with other attorney's and IRS specialty firms who wanted huge retainers before doing anything to help us work out our issues. His fee was extremely reasonable and fair and he met with us to fully understand our problem before even discussing a fee. Mr. De Luna is easy to talk to about our issues, is easy to understand and easy to work with. We will work with Mr. De Luna any time we have legal issues and would recommend him to anyone!

Ask a lot of questions- DO NOT sign anything until you know what you are agreeing to --in our case this attorney was not helpful--his staff is VERY nice so let's give credit where credit is due- "Pam" is an asset to that team. If you go to irs.gov you can get all the information about an OIC "offer in compromise"--sit down, read, learn and do your own homework.

I don’t recommend this Attorney. He didn’t do what he said he was going to do, costing me thousands more to pay. I ended doing the job myself. I payed him what was agreed and he didn’t finish the job. Don’t hire him.
