From my first photo call with this attorney he was rude and extremely condescending. He asked me who else I was talking to about representing me and then told me "call me after you're done talking to those other lawyers, I don't audition. I told him on his website he says each person gets a free evaluation, to which he replied "I lied".

I decided to hire him after his rude and condescending attitude because I felt he could do a good job irrespective of his personality quirks.

When I called to tell him I'd like to hire him I told him one of the pro-cannabis lobbying groups would be willing to talk to the press and make this a high profile case if he thought it would help. He then replied with "I'm not taking your case, you're too weird and you're going to be too much trouble." I'm planning on filing a complaint with the Texas Bar Association and anyone else he's affiliated with.

His arrogance was extremely off putting and out right insulting.
