He only gets one star because it won't let me select zero

I hired him in october to assist me with tickets that i received. He has done nothing at all this whole time. I was supposed to be recieving bi-weekly updates or monthly updates. I have met with him and the one person on his staff, they seemed friendly and like they would assist me. He was supposed to file an appeal right after court in February. It is now May and when i tried to reach him today i was informed that he did not file the appeal and there is nothing he can do for me now. So i am out that money. I sent him a letter today firing him after calling him and finding out that he blocked my number. So will pursue this in court against him. I do not recommend him to anyone.

I got a speeding ticket and hired Mr Clements to do his best for me.
i spoke to his assistant ,very nice profesional ,and helpful .
will be going to a pretrial and hopefully it is the end of it with a plea bargain of some sort.
i will keep you posted next month about any new development and more details about the case.
but so far it is all positive.

well I wanted an appointment to see if Mr. Clements could help me and I couldn't get past his secretary to even get an appointment.

I was referred to Mr. Clements to help a family member with serious felony charges. He was available to talk with us whenever we had questions. He and his staff were very professional and his demeanor calmed us. After multiple appearances to court, he was able to get all charges dismissed. It was unbelievable. He is the go to guy if u face serious charges.

I never imagined I could have such a bad experience with a lawyer. His office is very disorganized, the phone goes unanswered even during working hours, when they do answer they have no idea about your case so they say they will call back with updates but never do. Mr. Clements was also very rude on several occasions. He is the most unprofessional lawyer I have every dealt with. Do not even consider working with him.

This is the worst lawyer ever. Horrible customer service. On the rare occasion they do answer the phone, they do not give you any information about your case. They do not call back with updates. I had one speeding ticket offense that I wanted them to contest, and not only did they fail to do anything about it, I actually got another offense of failure to show up in court! Even though I was never told to show up and they have no idea what happened. Complete waste of time and money. Would not recommended him to anybody.
