Ticket Dismissed, only had to pay Mr Sprecher $100 and an hour of my time sitting at the court house.

Paid his 200$ fee and he ended up getting a rather major traffic ticket entirely dismissed.

Ticket dismissed. Through the greater part of the day sitting in court, I had the chance to observe the other attorneys. I felt that Sprecher was more ingenious and fought harder and kept trying whereas the other attorneys just seemed to walk their clients through the process. It was a close call but he was able to dismiss my ticket through some of his ingenuity.

I don't know how these things work exactly. It is impossible to tell what goes on between the DA and the attorneys. But, I have had good results with Sprecher.
The last time Harris county offered me drivers education and court costs. I held out because Sprecher had requested speed warrants and engineering studies for BW 8. I sat for a few addition hours in court when almost everybody else had left. But, in the end, they dismissed the charges.

David has more experience than a whole lot of attorneys put together. I have used David's firm over the years and he has always treated me right. If you are honest and fair with him, he will be able to do a good job for you.
