Picked up saying "law office", when I wanted to ask for some help with a case, the guy who picked up seemed bothered to help me. Yeah, customer service is not their specialty.

First of all I would like to say the front desk lady could use some classes on customer service and message taking. She sounds too old to even work there. I believe her name is Judy. She needs to collect her AARP and call it a day!
