We went there for consulting paid the required dues but most of our queries were unanswered.

Firstly, believe me, they don’t deserve a single star, google made me award them one! I would have loved to award them none! I here, am an immigrant that seeked help from this firm in order to to be relieved of the stress thinking my case would be carried forward in good and safe hands. Only to my horror, I might as well claim this advocate’s firm sent me into depression as my husband who’s a US citizen had to keep an eye on the case all by himself and tend to everything while babysitting them! What I mean by babysitting is that you’ll have to yourself fill your respective forms if you wish them to hustle as working with passion for a client is not a factor here! We submitted our forms to the appointed guy named *Allen* ( even though we paid for Sunita) in the 2nd week of January 2018, whereas he took a whole month then just to verify everything and then forwarded it to the USCIS. He always had an ego, was arrogant and careless about our case being we were later notified by the USCIS for request for evidence even after appointing a lawyer!!!! The lawyer had not submitted my husband’s photos to the USCIS! They took more than a week to respond to emails! All they wanted was their payments on time. My case was to be done with last year but this firm is so negligent in attitude that they succeeded in dragging it to this year due to submitting the NVC’s forms after a month of receiving NVC’s welcome mail! Whenever my husband wanted to inquire about the issue of sponsorship Mr. Allen Morris replied, “ We’ll look to it later” or “ I’ve already told you about it”! My husband had to get help from his friend’s lawyer later to inquire various things and he himself had to fill the NVC’s forms! Love babysitting feeding money to your lawyer while tending to your lawful matters yourself, then let this negligent firm into your lives and pour misery into your days! Farewell!

I shopped around for awhile before I picked this law office for my permanent residency filing. From the moment my husband and I walked into the office, we felt warmly welcomed by Allen! He was absolutely amazing, very personable, and a genuinely sweet person. My case was a little complicated but between Ms. Kapoor’s legal advice and Allen’s key attention to details, it was a smooth ride. We got all our documents together and took it all to them and they handled everything in between. 5-stars for Law Office of Sunita Kapoor especially our case manager Mr. Allen. He provided me and my wife exceptional service the last 2-years. I am a dreamer who is now a permanent resident. We are so happy with the services and look forward to having Allen help us again for citizenship. Allen made sure me and my wife were comfortable and went over every part of the case. I had a great experience working with Sunita and Michael who helped me file my EB1A case. I received the approval with no RFE, overall process took over couple of months. Michael & Sunita were thorough with the application and were always very efficient to respond back to my questions. I would recommend her for the EB1A applications. Fees were reasonable for the type of application, and service quality received.

I hired the law firm of ms. kapoor for my green card. They gave me great service and ms. kapoor was a pleasure to work with. Sunita is a highly competent, not money hungry immigration attorney. She has confidence in what she does, and she will be frank to tell you what could not be done. She has filed my immigration petition in EB1 in 2016 February, and it was approved by October 2016, without any RFE, and both Sunita and Brandy had done an excellent job in that. I applied for my immigration not from the USA but Canada.

We are now at the second stage of the immigration process, and at this juncture, I am working with Allen and Sunita. Allen works super efficiently. My only criticism for Allen is in occasions; I did not get the information if my documents have been submitted to NVC. If I call to follow it up, I know it has already been submitted! So I assume nothing waits in his desk, which is excellent, but the client should be informed if the job is done.
Overall I had 5* experience with Kapoor law firm, and I will recommend their team to others.

When I approached Attorney Kapoor for profile evaluation to apply for a Green card under EB1A category, the first thing that impressed me with is that, she didn’t try to impress me nor do the sales pitch to sign up as her client. Instead, she interviewed me on why I think I qualify for the criteria and why she should take me. Once satisfied, I believe, she started explaining how she will pursue the case and gave me a rough plan. End of the hour, I signed up as a client. She charged me about 20% more than what attorneys of my friends quoted them, but I decided to with her because, she seemed straight forward and honest. It was worth it.
All through this year and half she has always maintained that honesty with us and was always quick in responding to questions or status updates. They didn’t develop my case on a template; rather they did a thorough job of focusing my case around my strengths. I was really happy when they have spent four days after I was OK with my application packet, proofreading and making minor changes (if any).
