I called Adame Garza and asked if they could help me with getting my vehicle fixed after someone hit me. The persons insurance, who hit me, didn't want to pay for all of the damages and said I had to pay for half. Adame Garza took my case, got me a rental car, got my car fixed and the insurance, from the person who hit me, paid for everything.

Johnny was always very helpful with my case. I was rear-ended on the freeway at over 100 mph. I received injury to my back and right leg that over the years resulted in terrific sciatic pain. The problem became exacerbated when my own insurance company refused to total my obviously "totaled" car and refused to pay my policy limits. Up until then, I thought I had a very good insurance company, but I quickly realized that I did not. It was a long process as most car injury cases are, but had it not been for Johnny who stayed on my insurance company to pay their injured motorist as they should have in the first place, I would not have come out ahead. Worst attorney!!! Does not know how to keep an appointment or even return calls. The front desk doesn’t even know how to do her job either. They want you to leave messages but then just either ignore them or delete them. I have currently been on hold for 30+ minuets just for someone to answer simple questions. I have even tried to call on another phone but no one answers. Surprised that no one has filed a suit against them for false advertising. I have heard the recording since I’ve been on hold that “They get results”, “They treat each client with compassion”. It’s now been 35 minuets and still nothing.
Look elsewhere for an attorney that will actually get some work done.

A month has passed and I decided to follow up with Virginia, she snapped on the phone claiming she doesn’t need to be harassed on her VACATION about documents that were already destroyed. She’s claimed her so called colleagues had emailed me that information. In reality if that was the truth I wouldn’t have called to see what was going on.

I wasn't told that they needed a written statement. They took so long to send the letter to the insurance, letting them know that they werent representing me anymore. he lied to me about how much they were paying for the police report, saying they paid 99% more than it actually cost and was completely rude about it, he later proceeded to say he would hold interest and attorney fees and take 40% of my personal injury check for doing nothing. My therapy office spoke to him about just leaving me alone since I'm not getting much anyway and he refused. Taking a victim's money and causing them more stress than you should, when getting into a car accident is stressful enough, accounts for him having no morals or Ethic compass. Worst lawyer representation ever; he has no business representing people and is a disgrace to Law Firm.
