Multiple times they have suggested ways to reduce legal costs to make the process less painful (such as calling friendly witnesses for an impromptu chat about what they would testify to, rather than a deposition, court reporter costs, etc)

I honestly would rate them six stars if I could. Their practice of law is what all attorneys should aspire to.
