Ms. Caldwell represented me for several years. She has an incredible work ethic and she really cares and that is hard to find. Because she takes on so much, cares so much and is available so much, I think that can lead to some burnout but that doesn't change the fact that she sinks an incredible amount into each case.
My hope is that her office grows and she is able to expand her staff so she can focus on being the powerful voice that she truly is. She can and has moved the parts of the system that don't work. I commend her for that.

The last place you would expect to find hope and joy. But that's what happened there.

Carol specializes in the most difficult cases, when the other party is exhibiting very difficult and traumatizing actions and behaviors. She used to be in the mental health care field, and her knowledge of this field adds a lot to her understanding of the issues involved. Highly recommended when you are in a difficult family crisis. She's compassionate yet able to do what is necessary to protect children and the party who is experiencing trauma.

Carol Caldwell has been my attorney for over two years . She is by far one of the best attorneys I’ve ever encountered. She is well versed in so many different areas of the law it is hard to believe that she actually specialises in family law alone. Her cases can involve many motions, injunctions, delays, allegations of mental and/or substance abuse issues, supervised visitations, and parental alienation. She is not qualified to diagnose anyone. If you are a targeted parent, do not trust her or let her bully you. Record everything and always bring your own witness when dealing with her or her client. If you are her clients, be careful because she puts liens on clients who cannot afford her attorney fees and may withdraw after all of your savings are exhausted. She can be detrimental to your kids' future.

Carol Caldwell is one of the most unprofessional professionals I have ever had the displeasure of working with. she screamed at me in court while I was crying, told me to just keep my mouth shut and the middle of a crowded courtroom, then when I questioned her about why she treated me that way she quit on me and hung up the phone. Then she charged my trust account to write me long emails telling me what kind of a person she thinks I am. She also let my ex sit there and lie about me to the judge and didn't defend me. She caused me to have panic attacks and made my stressful and very difficult situation that much worse stranding me with no lawyer and no child support. Thanks a lot Carol you helped not at all. I hope someone treats you as horribly as you treated me.

Carol Caldwell set me up with her friend Dr. Christy Monaghan who is a licensed psychologist in St. Augustine and told me to testify that my wife needed a psychological evaluation. Christy Monaghan would act as my daughter's therapist and back me up. It worked great. Christy lied and Judge Alexander bought it. Carol even got Lynn Waugn Straughn to kick my ex Wife out of Kids Bridge so now she can't even have supervised visits. In the end, I won sole custody of our daughter and my ex wife got nothing! And now she owes me child support too. Sweet revenge! What a great country we live in. Thanks Carol and Christy.
