I had a pleasant experience with Mr. Ross in the very beginning. He was very professional and I will say I was very pleased with how he handled mediation and deposition. However, I was not pleased with the turn around time it would take him to get back with me if I had a question or needed to address paperwork. I rarely ever heard from him and when I would leave multiple messages with office staff, I still would receive no response. I wasn't happy with how some of the paperwork was handled and didn't particularly like how none of it was explained to me. It also took much longer than anticipated. The end result I settled for and I'm ok with at this time but I do feel like it could have been handled with a little bit more finesse.

Attorney Ross was a pleasure to deal with. He was so professional and took care of my case quickly and as painlessly as I could have hoped. I left a review on his other page but this was the location I meant to leave it on.
