SCAM do not respond to them. They’re trash. When I called them, the bimbo on the phone didn’t even know why they had my name.

This company is 100% trash and scammers.. How can they do what they do and it be ok. I think we the consumers need to start a petition for the government and the County's to go through some other company to handle all the business all their collections. They will lie to you. And scam you out of hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

Performs collections for tampa courthouse, charged me 3 times intentially for a seatbelt ticket...

then referred me to another company to further charge me more but i checked and i have 3 charges for 1 ticket...

They sent me a letter that said I was an owner of property, that I never owned, ever. According to Harris County, the current owner bought the property in 1988. He is behind on his taxes for the last 4 years. Now they randomly send letters to many, many people who are totally unrelated to the property, like me. Most the people they sent the letter to wouldn't get their letter because they are dead. Why don't they just contact the current owner who is behind on his taxes?

if i can put a 0 i will do -0 this agency ,company whatever they want to call them self if you have a ticket don't go with them even if they have the acct.go straight to the court and you can resolve any issues with ticket etc. right there !! and clear everything for you and DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT WITH THEM AT ALL!!they are very incompetent company and their employes will lie to you to make you do a payment over the phone.. and when you do it won't clear out after 7 business day cause their poor of ethic ,and integrity..so any issues related with the court just go in person.they are expert cause the dealing with this kind of issues on their daily basic. and more knowledgeable.katherine the one who took my payment is a liar and the one who call herself a "supervisor. Christina who they only thing she did was repeating the same stupidity look like they read a script .avoid headaches and don't waste your time with "agency"

Can you imagine being so uneducated, a low life, unable to find a real job, desperate and pathetic.. that you have to take a job from these a-holes who SCAM PEOPLE WITH REAL JOBS.. it’s quite a laugh. If you receive a letter from this joke company, throw it in the trash. And for the people who are in San Antonio pretending to be a legitimate business.. you will get yours. Example. Not sure eXactly how to rate this place. Def go around peak hours for the freshest food out. They have SO much to choose from though. In my opinion, a bit too pricey

I can't see how what they are doing isn't extortion? I sent a detailed package explaining that we are a traveling military family and EZ pass stated transponders we're good to go when they weren't. All they had to do was charge EZ. Instead, they call up The "Law Firm" of "Do We Cheatem' and How" here and they send esoteric letters and draw out the process completely disregarding the detailed package and information we sent. This firm should 100% be reported to their local bar association.

Looks like I just threw $940 down the drain! I had tickets with another agency and everything cleared immediately. This company still has updated anything. Took them a week juat to even send me a comformation email. After i called them 4-5 times.

Received a letter dated 10/2/17 for an attempt to collect a debt however the debt as they would call it was for a bill that wasn't even DUE YET! SCAM!!!

The absolute worst service period, when you google and wonder why they have a 1 star review just do some business with them and you will know. The BBB needs to be investigating these scam artist. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!

If this company contacts you stating that you owe money for running a toll in the florida turnpike, kindly ball it up and throw it in the trash. It is a scam. My friends car never even left jacksonville in the short time that she had it.
