I ended up working with this law group after my HOA fee was sent to them as debt collection. Over the past year my husband has been in and out of the hospital after complications with an appendectomy (we do not have insurance and he has been out of work, so our finances are in a bit of a rough spot). I have really never been treated so rudely by a “professional” entity. I requested a payment plan to start after Christmas (we have kids who would like to have a Christmas) and after several rude emails, I spoke to the attorney who very rudely told me it is not “their job or obligation” to provide assistance when I have “had more than enough time to pay”. I understand, it may seem simple to someone on the outside, but we have a family and are trying to make things work paycheck to paycheck right now. Having any amount of debt is already shameful and embarrassing enough, but to top it off I was spoken to like I’m a complete idiot. I would never recommend working with this law group and I wish the best luck to anyone who has to.
