Went through mediation with Tawny Rountree opposing and Wendy Norman representing December 2016. Did she read my original submittal about my daughter prior to performing mediation? This was never brought to light during mediation, never placed in paperwork. Does she realize that not acknowledging the circumstances around my daughter put her in certain peril in her future? Is there even a standard of care around children in family law in Florida?
How many times did she use the work F*** during our mediation? Does she realize this may be viewed as unprofessional and even intimidating?
