I paid for a 1 hour consultation (2:00-3:00). His last consult went over by 15 minutes, so we started at 2:15..ish. I told him why I needed help, gave him all my paperwork, etc., and in under 10 minutes, he said "You're getting screwed. I don't know how they're getting away with this. But, I can't help you right now. Come back in about 6 months, with at least $5,000 as a down payment, then we'll try to fix this." He then began going on and on about some murder case he had recently handled, and which judges he hated, as I was staring at my watch, trying to keep my composure. Right before 2:45, he looks at his watch and says "Well, I got one more consultation I should get started with now. It was nice meeting you. Sorry about your situation. Hopefully, I'll see you in 6 months." So, my 1 hour consultation... was 2:15 - 2:45. That was my experience.

Mr Bayless is a very kind man... his office staff is extremely helpful and nice.. I felt like I was part of the Bayless family... Mr Bayless did my child custody case and I had a mother’s worst fears on the line and he eased all of my fears and made sure my child was safe... He also charged very fairly and he is extremely honest. I highly recommend!! Thank you Mr Bayless!!!!!
