Excellent counseling. I left a different agency to come here because bill didn’t add unecessary classes to the list of classes I already had to do. He ads humor to he classes and genuinely cares for his clients. I strongly recommend do services here

My experience at Camino Nuevo was great, very positive. Learned alot about myself. Mr. Glass is awesome. I like how real he is, he most definitely tells it like it is. Very insightful.

Very highly professional staff! I would recommend to anyone needing court mandated counseling, give Bill Glass a call. He will work with you to fit your needs to satisfy the courts and MVD. I spend a few months going through the classes with Bill. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. He doesn't like to sugar coat the steps that need to be done. He treats his clients with respect and certainly does not bully or look down upon you for your situation. He had a great deal of experience and uses that to help each client get better and start to live life! Thank you to all the staff. You have always been very helpful!!

I would like to clarify my reasoning for deducting a star. He provided the exact service that I needed him to - I just needed him to submit a report to the MVD. I took away a star, because he lectured me about how he didn't want me wasting 'his' time in 'his' rooms - meaning alcoholics anonymous. I don't appreciate being bullied about attending meetings in which the aim is abstaining from alcohol, regardless of whether somebody that just met me thinks I'm an alcoholic or not. Having said that, I appreciate that he was straightforward in presenting his opinions, but in terms of just coming in to complete a quick task, I would have appreciated more of a professional interaction.

Bill glass is great.. He puts everything out on the table and delivers his classes 100%real.!! If you're ordered to do counseling I'd recommend giving this place a call!

If you're forced to do DV classes this is the best place to do it... after listening and comprehending... it was more than I bargained for....they not only got me through the judicial system, they also enlightened me about the choices I make.

He tells it as it is, and is as real as it gets. He treats every single person with respect and judges nobody. On top of that, Bill must have a side job somewhere as a comedian, because I was not expecting to be entertained as much as I was for attending alcohol awareness classes. How he does all of this with a high quality of professionalism is a testament to the type of person he is. Thank you for the experience!

It's not the most pleasant experience going through any mandated counseling but the gentlemen I spoke with here was very helpful and knowledgeable and the most important and most diverse of all my experiences was that I didn't feel pressured into anything.
