Wonderful person and attorney! I had someone in my corner who fought for me in court and listened and empathized with my situation outside of court. Marie is the only attorney I met with who actually listened to me and genuinely cared about what happened to me and my kids. I really thought I would have to go at this alone after speaking with a couple other attorneys. One who wanted $7,500 and the other wanted $10,000 on DAY ONE! I knew I might end up having to pay $10,000 for my divorce since we were fighting over custody and my ex was out to get me. But I sure didn’t think I would have to pay all of that just to get started! Who can possibly do that? Thankfully, Marie does things differently! I made a down payment that I could afford and then paid out the rest before the court date. The total amount I paid was around $6,500. My ex foolishly spent twice as much as I did on his attorney, but the Judge ruled in my favor on every single item we asked for! The moral of my story: when it comes to your kids, you don’t want a cheap attorney who is not going to win in court, but having the most expensive lawyer certainly doesn’t mean you’ll win!

Marie is wonderful at what she does, a truly dedicated, hard working and compassionate person. My ex was determined to try to wipe me out and wanted years of monthly support, but we kept fighting and pushing back. In the end, I didn’t have to pay a penny of monthly support to her! Marie will work hard to help make sure you get what you deserve and the other side doesn’t get what they don’t!
