Scot was amazing. I was rear ended a year ago and had no idea what to do. Scot took care of everything. Any time I needed to speak with him, I knew my calls and emails would be answered in a timely manner. His staff are the sweetest and most amazing people I've ever met. It was always a treat whenever Shannon would call me about something. I love how she always had a lot to say and kept me in the loop with everything going on. The office always smells amazing and I love the way it's decorated. Very professional yet warm and inviting. Every time I came in for a visit I was always offered something to drink and rarely had to wait longer than ten minutes to see whoever I came to see.It was amazing how ever since my first visit with him, they all knew my name. I can't express how amazing it is to walk in and they immediately know your name. It lets you know you're more to them than just a case number. Once I completely forgot a meeting and they called me. I rushed over and they still squeezed me in instead of making me reschedule my appointment. Scot took his time making sure I got everything I deserved instead of trying to hurry up my case by settling for a lower number. A lot of lawyers out there try to get as many cases as possible with a fast turn around rate. Scot isn't one of those. He'll go for as long as he needs to make sure you're compensated fairly.
