I contacted Mr. Sapochnik via his Facebook page over a month ago, asking for his opinion about my case.. I wanted to visit my family in Germany using my advance parole card (family based AOS, I filed i485 in September 2017 and am currently waiting for my greencard interview appointment). I was very unsure whether it was safe to use it since another immigration lawyer advised me to only use it in case of emergencies because he said it was risky since I had come on an ESTA visa in the beginning before getting married. Jacob’s office is incredible, they are so professional and nice, every time you call or email they respond right away, immediately. My wife and I had an issue with imigration that we thought would be impossible to solve, a really hard case. I went thought a few attorneys before and they literally sucked. Very poor experience, I came to this office based on the reviews I had read. My case was never solved, no communication from the operations manager when I called to let her know about my experience, one year latter and my application was never processed to top it off they had some original documents that were never found.
