I dealt with Hai G. Huynh, for my second H1B, having previously worked with a different firm, and I can honestly say my experience with Hai was much much better. Hai processed everything very quickly and was very responsive to all of my questions at all stages of the process, including long after the account had been settled when the H1B was long since granted. In the immigration process, the best decision I made was to change my previous lawyer to Peter Chu. They are very professional and efficient. Mr. Hai has a great experience to work with USCIS, he helped us on everything immigration related, includes downgrade I-140, service inquiry, interview preparation, even mailing my RFE.
