Very fast and efficient Immigration attorneys, They are very Honest and can get your spouse approved fast as long as you have your documents in order. My friend used them for his Fiancee from Cameroon, West Africa and got approved in under 3 months. My wife's took around 7 months from the Philippines. Highly recommended!

I won’t recommend this office to anyone with immigration case. First of all I would say unprofessional, lack of communication rude specially Anastasia regarding Mr Deron don’t trust to his words after you sign contract with them they only care to take your money. From my experience he missed my brothers hearing wich is end up ICE deportated my brother Basically I payed for them to deport my brother. Before you sing contract make sure you and your loved ones in right hands .

Been working with them since march, never spoke to Mr. Smallcomb, Roseanne Rodriguez has been helping me since day one. im impatient to have my fiance here with me. but she has been very patient and helpful. sometimes i think she is just really busy so she will take a day or 2 to call me back or reply to an email. she give a number on her voice mail to call if you feel is very important. we had our interview on august 29, so far my fiances visa is under adminitrative prossesing. we been waiting since then. hasnt gone our way and its been frustrating but its just a waiting game now. i feel Roseanne has done really good work has walked me through the process. ill update on what happens with my fiances visa. thank you

I highly recommend. From start to finish they were organized, professional, communicative, and very knowledgeable about immigration. They assisted us in immigrating my step daughter from the Philippines. The process went very smooth with no snags. I always questioned whether I really needed a lawyer, but there were several things that came up where I know I would have made mistakes. I am not receiving any compensation or discount for leaving this review. My step daughter has been in the states for a month. She received her green card in the mail after two weeks. The whole process from first phone call to approval took 11 months (that will vary depending on your case, ours was pretty straightforward). I’m very happy with the job they did.

This was the best experience I could have hoped for. Rose went out of her way many times to answer the many questions I had. She had such patience and was always courteous and professional. Our case was approved without any delays. This was not an easy process and I absolutely couldn’t have done all of the paperwork and filings myself. I plan to use them again in the future. I worked with the Attorneys at the Law Office of Deron Smallcomb to help me get my husband's green card. I traveled a lot for work so I needed an attorney that could help me do everything securely over email / online without me having to meet them in person. This is exactly what I got and our (not so straightforward) case was handled flawlessly. I had one person who handled our case so I knew exactly who to contact but if he was out, I also knew I could call the main number and someone would be able to quickly review our case and answer any questions. They were never inconvenienced by us or the MANY questions that we had, they guided us the entire time and overall they really just handled our case. My husband has had his green card for a couple of years and we are now using their services to help us remove the conditions and we are getting the same wonderful service that we did the first time around. I'm not sure what the next steps are after the conditions are removed but we will definitely be going back to them again if needed.

Deron Smallcomb and his staff calmed me down and did my papers like true pros. It took a little bit because the embassy in Nigeria is slow but eventually my man got his visa. I think I’ve been smiling ever since.

Reading the horror stories on the net about failed fiance visas, I knew the only way to do this right was to hire a lawyer. I interviewed several and the team at Easyfiancevisa won me over. They were very knowledgable, patient with me and my fiance, and efficient. It took about six months from start to finish to get her here, but the whole thing went smoothly. Now we need to get the Green Card and I am going to hire them again to help us out.

I choose them because they specialize in K1 visas for Filipino immigrants and they have staff that speak Tagalog. However after I paid my fees it became clear that they would be hard to reach for questions. I was assigned 3 different case workers which was frustrating. They did not return my phone calls or emails. I found this this unprofessional. Knowing this now I would have never used them, I had to research my questions on my own and by help by others. The only thing they could provide is the list of documents that were needed and they helped to fill them out for me. But don't expect too much help on the phone or by email. I'll rate them 3 stars simply because they did provide some assistance.

I called them for a consultation to bring my Filipino partner here. The first guy was nice but then they transfered me to Perry who was apparently the Filipino specialist. I found him to be impatient and rude. I think if these people want to charge nearly a 1000 dollars I'm entitled to ask a lot of questions about the process and what happens if in the possibility my partner is just using me for a green card and what legal remedies I might have in that situation. What was worse is when I told Perry I found him to be rude he didn't apologise or anything he simply replied 'okay'. If these people want to charge top dollar they need to provide a higher level of customer service than that.
