After unsuccessful search for an attorney to represent me in adjustment of status case I was referred to Mr. Riznyk. Everyone else I have contacted in the past would decline to represent me because I had a very complicated case , I've been married to a US citizen and I overstayed my initial B2 visa visa more then 20 years , however I had prior arrests for CDS and couldn't dare to try to adjust status even though I am married to a US citizen because an alien is inadmissible and there is no waiver for any offence that involves controlled substance and aliens are refused any relief. Steven R and Co are a fantastic team, professional, diligent, caring and without the hefty price tag one would expect from the level of service received. I came from Australia on a Visa Waiver many times, every time to understand the business opportunities that existed for me and my company in the US. Once I made the decision, I searched online for immigration attorneys and spoke to MANY, but once I had an opportunity to talk to Steven, I felt I had completed my research. I always knew my visa was going to be the E2, but what I didn't know is the complex requirements that this visa entails and I can tell you there's extensive info needed to file a good application. No matter, Steven and Emily did a fantastic job and when I recently read my original application (done 5 years ago) to renew, it was clear how well written everything was which is what prompted me to write a review - something I never do! But these guys deserve one and hopefully it assists somebody else when making a decision.. ..ps, I love the US and no matter the effort, the process is worth it!

I am in search of new immigration attorney with difficult case. After talking with a few I am almost decided to hire this firm. We talked with Steven Riznyk and all question were answered to our best satisfaction. Everything was clearly explained to us. We did not feel pressured at all and what probably is the most important to us, we didn't feel that their time is more important then ours. I will update this review after once my case is over.

I have been dealing with Steven at My immigration Attorney and he has been nothing but helpful. If I had a question about immigrating into the U.S, I would email him and he would get back to me within the hour. He would answer my questions thoroughly and most importantly he takes his time. Lawyers or paralegals I have spoken to in the past have typically rushed me off the phone or out of their office. Steven wasn't like that at all.
