This was my first experience with any lawyer and I wasnt to sure if it was the right move but I went threw it because I thought it would be the best chance I had and I'm so glad I did. As soon as I contacted rick about my dui he sent me alot of information and told me things I could do with out even asking me for a payment of any kind, until my actual court date. He answered all the questions I had no matter how many times I asked or when. he always responds super quick and was always straight forward. He was also able to get all my charges dropped. The only reason i wouldn't use rick is because I'm not planning on getting another dui.

I recommended the services of Mr. Mueller back in 2003, not for myself, but for one of my employees that I felt made a one time mistake due to personal problems he was going through. First time offender, pulled over for speeding (86mph) on the freeway at 230am on Labor Day weekend of all days. I was pulled over, asked if I had been drinking, was put through tests and breathalyzed. Blew a .10, then a .103 at the station. After spending 13 hours downtown SD, I bailed out and began researching attorneys. Of course the fees can be outrageous, so I decided to do a lot of research and essentially held interviews over the phone feeling out different attorneys. I had spoken to about 16 different attorneys ranging anywhere from $1,500-$7,500!! MR. Mueller was extremely inquisitive when I first spoke to him. I was out of country when my now wife, got a DUI in San Diego. I shopped
