I have only positive things to say about the Law & Mediation Firm of Klueck & Hoppes especially attorney Koryn Sheppard in particular. I entered into my new founded situation, not knowing how to handle my divorce. I was referred to Koryn Sheppard and after a few minutes she quickly put me at ease. She was always professional and approachable during our interactions and I was impressed how straight forward and empathetic she was discussing the particulars of my situation. She was helpful in explaining a complicated process and knew she was a strong advocate on my behalf. I felt at ease knowing that I had her taking care of my case and understanding what was most important to me. The only downfall during the whole process the law clerk. There were mistakes and details overlooked, and what seemed to be an agenda to meet some sort of financial quota each month. I had to carefully monitor billings. This was a Senior Paralegal who I felt should have enough experience, knowledge, and professionalism to not make the errors that she made (details not appropriate to list here). I finally requested that she be removed from my case; she wasn’t removed but her responsibilities are greatly reduced and I was okay with that.

I've used the firm multiple times for ongoing custody disputes. Every time, it has been a great experience. I have had Koryn Sheppard, and Amy West as attorneys at this firm, and both were wonderful, hard working lawyers that I felt went above and beyond what a normal lawyer would do. If something arises in the future that requires me to retain another lawyer in family court, this will be the firm I go with again.

I work since about 2 years with Klueck&Hoppes. Milena Celentano is great. She is very organized and remembers every detail about the long developing complicated case. She is always well prepared and even works until late at night to get things done. I totally trust her with my case because she never looses the focus. Even if she's not always reachable because of a high case/work load, she never forgets to follow up and gives always 100%.

Experienced family law specialists in several fields walk you through the whole process of dissolution, and it is not only empowering, but it will save you a lot of time, money and effort as you navigate your way through unknown territory. The speakers were focused on the attendees needs, and they even provided handouts on easy and effective ways to reduce your attorney bills... (yes... you heard that right!) This family law firm is a rare find, experienced, professional - but with integrity and genuine compassion for your circumstances. I was very impressed, you will be too. I would highly recommend attending a ‘Second Saturday’ and applaud ( and thank) Klueck and Hoppes for developing such an amazing initiative. I will be back for the next one!

Had an appointment scheduled with this firm in order to discuss a simple name/gender change case. They never called and never followed up with me. I preferred the telephone appointment and I am now glad that I didn't waste my time going in person. They showed me how unprofessional they can be by wasting my time.

they were hired for the other party in my custody case and were COURT ORDERED to write up child support paperwork, to which they would send me for approval and then to the court. Well our court date was in March and I still haven't received any paperwork from them even after calling and being told it was on the way, SEVERAL TIMES. So if you need attorneys to do there job, this wouldn't be the place to go. Very unprofessional and clearly have no interest in helping you.

I decided to use this firm for mediation, going through a divorce isn't very fun but my Ex and I decided to be amicable and use this law firm. I'm a government employee and although both my Ex and I didn't have representation Klueck decided to press my Ex to take my retirement when we already had agreed upon different terms. It was very unprofessional and one sided for a mediation meeting. Klueck also likes to hear himself speak, a lot. He really tried to stretch meetings out rather than doing what is needed and moving along. I know it is difficult to focus when you are in a situation where you need to locate a good attorney but in my opinion keep looking. This law firm is forgetful and doesn't return phone calls.

$5,000 for legal representation just isn't in my budget, much less when half my checks go to child support. But it's for my kids, what parent wouldn't? So i was able to get a loan from a bank and hire these guys after Mr.Klueck was able to convince my wife and I it was the right choice.

Words can not define how angry and let down I now am. I feel like i have been robbed. Jeff Miller represented me, but it seemed more like his plan the whole time was just to push things off till i ran out of money.

I now have $5,000 in debt to a bank and see my kids even less than i did before. If i could display my billing statements you would understand the frustration as this firm was able to stretch my case out with enough emails and phone calls to deplete ALL $5,000 giving me ZERO results.

To make it worse, they have made no form of apology in anyway, more less just a "thanks for your business". I haven't received any file information or communication since i notified them of discontinued service. No direction or advice on what to do next or where to go from here. No "we tried our best".

I had so much hope that i was going to finally get to have time with my kids, now I have to swallow my pride about being robbed by these guys and putting myself deeper into a hole that keeps me from ever having my kids on a regular basis. Words can not describe. But what can you do right? So an attorney? Raise your voice over the phone? Go in and threaten people?

At the end of the day, they got their money and there is nothing i can do about it. Their not gunna do anything else without charging you. Please, don't let these folks rape your finances and emotions like they have mine. How do i explain this to my kids?
