Finding a good lawyer who is top notch expert in the field, honest, unselfish, and extremely humanitarian in the whole meaning of the word is almost like finding a needle in a hay stack.
Mr Brotman is like that needle, a rarity nowadays and he would not hesitate to poke with it the eyes of the vultures who try to prey on his client.(figuratively speaking).
In one sentence I would say this is a noble person and professional backed by the finest assistants (Kari, Astrid, Beth and Denise...) you will be lucky to retain for all your tax and bureaucratic hurdles.

I make my living counciling attorneys on advertising and manage online marketing campains for law firms. So when I personally need assistance from an attorney for my own needs which I can't get from someone I work with due to an area of practice outside of scope, and I go out into the market and do searches that yield a practice that has educational blog posts targeted to my situation that encourage people to contact them about representation, and I fill out a form and I get NO response, I can't help but feel that even prospects they do reply to may be obandoned without help if the potential case doesn't seem profitable. It boggles my mind that firms still work this way in this day and age where relationship marketing has been accepted as non optional for most other industries that rely on the internet marketing for at least 10 years now.

Let me suggest something to help you get with the times. Reviews arent reserved strictly for client / attorney relationships. They extend to all who would interact with you as a business. If you do content marketing intended to draw qualified traffic from people willing to pay you for representation, then get your intake act together and build channels to positively decline cases you don't want rather than just ignoring people who were drawn to you by your own solicitation.
