When I was denied for the 3rd time I thought It might be a good idea to hire a lawyer. This time I did and I am very confident I chose the right group because I won my appeal!!!!!!! I feel so dumb the first 2 times i was denied I thought a lawyer would cost me money upfront, which was wrong, so if you were like me, call and get a lawyer, it costs nothing up front and you dont have to pay them at all if they dont win your case.

I called them with only two days left until my court date. I was frantic for help and I was advised by one of the lawyers what to tell the judge at my hearing to make sure I had a chance and getting a lawyer. I followed his directions and sure enough he was right . I not have representation and I am very confident my lawyer will win my appeal.

I called to get a free consultation for my case. I had a lengthy phone interview with an ice gentleman who spoke Spanish, which was nice because I prefer to speak Spanish. He brought me in and explained to me how to file my claim and did not charge me anything. I am so grateful for the help I want to leave this review so others know how kind these people are.

I was calling around trying to get some advice on how to deal with my SSDI denial. I left several messages and this was the only firm who took the time to call me back. I was not able to retain a lawyer yet because my denial has passed, but if I am denied again I will use these kind people. Crossing my fingers I don't need them though. ;-)

After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that is on the list of qualified disabilities I knew I was not going to be able to work for much longer. I called the social security attorney group and spoke with a nice lawyer. He informed me that I would need to get my medicals in order and also instructed me to do some other things before filing. I filed, I was denied, this of course took months. I called up Andy with my denial letter and he went to court and won my case and I am no receiving benefits. I received a letter in the mail saying SSDI wanted me to pay back over 30 thousand dollars. I frantically called around to speak with an SSI lawyer. I finally got a hold of someone from the SSDI group and the good news is the lawyer was able to give me good advice how to deal with my mess. The bad news is they were not able to take my case since I was already getting benefits. Thank you Victor for taking your time to explain to me how to deal with my situation.

Very unorganized. We were told to do something, we did it, we received a letter saying we are cut off due to what we did. Don't ask me what we did it what we were told to do, it's now all a blur. I believe that beyond a reasonable doubt, they are there to keep you off of the service as long as possible. The only exception to the rule is the illigal aliens they receive benifits without even needing to apply. I learned Spanish just waiting in line. I now have to wait for an open enrollment period to get benifits that people who were in South America last week are receiving now. I have a degree in engineering and an a past city treasurer, and I can't understand anything they explained to me. And I got three different answers from three different people at the office. Stay healthy, don't sign up, it will take years off of your life trying to get what you earned while others get it immediately, and without contributing a cent.

Super friendly people. I am very hopeful my claim is accepted. Highly recommend if you are looking for a group of people who are kind and take interest in your life.
