Jacko is a terrible attorney. Through our work with her it became clear that her only goal was racking up billable hours. Her efforts led us to believe she did not have our best intentions in mind and it seems as though her only goal was more revisions, which I may add were done by other individuals at her firm rather than herself as indicated by the recorded author of every electronic document we received from her. From our experience, nobody at her firm is half competent and if our experience is any indication of her average quality then the best she can do for you is write up a contract that is unenforceable not only due to how unconscionable it is but also because she either doesn't understand how the law surrounding certain contractual obligations works or doesn't care. In addition to this, her incompetence slowed our negotiations exponentially as her firm doesn't even know how to use common editing features of microsoft office. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
