I was in a wreck 6 years ago. I was not at fault. I didnt get a ticket or a court date. 2 years later after I moved back to Arkansas I went to renew my license and I was told the state of Arizona had it on hold. I found out that these debt collectors got it put on hold. Which is illegal without a court order. I have emailed thomas bin requesting a copy of the court order and he wont respond to me. Bc hes a fraud. I've had a attorney that is a friend look into it and debt collectors cannot have your license suspension it's even illegal for them to say they will suspend your license for non payment but they did it to mine. I havent gotten any emails with court documentation nothing bc they dont have it. The weird part is that my account name is under my maiden name with my parents address witch I havent live at I over 12 years. Why would they not have my real name. They are frauds just trying to get money and I'm gonna go to the attorney general and make sure they get theirs. And I want compensation for the two years I haven't been able to drive two and from school to get my PhD in psychology. So beware of this company. They are frauds and I'm also talking to the better business bureau. They will be sued and shut down soon enough.

David reached to me today and explain my whole account with me and different options with me, he was very helpful and understanding with me. We talked through several ways to handle this account. I appreciate David’s phone call and his awesome conversation. I will definitely use David in the near future! He gave me all his contact information and was very professional! Great guy!

Very rude customer service. I’ve called multiple times to get an update on my case and the times I’ve called, I always got answers and the person on the other line was nice. This time, I called and got a lady by the name of Liz. She was super rude. Every time I asked a question she would breathe into the phone like she was frustrated. If you’re going to work in customer service learn how to speak politely to customers. Deserves no stars at all.

This firm is professional and courteous to the people they talk to on the phone. That what it all boils down to is they work for big corporations to take money from the little guy when we don't have a lot of money I was told I had two options over a medical bill that was a couple of years old. It was either make some outrageous monthly payment that I can't afford or go to court. So I made the payment arrangement and now that my first payment is due I don't want to make the payment because I have yet to receive the paperwork in the mail that I was supposed to sign and send back. I don't know anything about this firm and how do I know it's not some kind of scam. I am a victim of identity theft from when I was serving overseas and I've been working hard to clean up my credit without filing bankruptcy. Now that I have an outrageous payment I'm going to fall behind on other bills. Where's the brake for the little guy?

This review is a follow up to a previous review. While I cannot say I had the best interaction with one of their guys, I can say I am impressed by David Lippman. He went out of his way to personally talk to me and try to solve the issue I am having. While I don’t even have a resolution yet, after talking to him I am resting assured he is trying his best to find a resolution for their client but also for myself. I am impressed to see there are still people who care and go the extra mile when they don’t need to just because they know it is the right thing to do.

I just had a nightmare with a property management company that let renters get way behind and didn't notify me, this company went above and beyond helping us. We were totally lost and had no idea what to do. They have mistaken me for someone else and are garnishing my wages! This is unbelievable, sloppy and unprofessional work! I will pursue legal action if this isn't fixed in a timely manner.

I had a collection placed with Lippman Recupero. The collection was my responsibility and I wanted to pay it off. I made an agreement with Lippman that as long as I would not miss a payment, the interest would be stopped, so I would only be paying on the principal. A paper was sent to me and in my excitement to get this behind me, I signed and sent back without really reading the details. This was my fault. However there was a mix-up between departments and the interest was not stopped. However, I came into some money and wanted to pay this off early. They negotiated on my behalf to the client and got about $4,000 knocked off the balance if paid in full. After speaking to David Lippman about the mix-up, they did save me money and stayed within the "spirit" of our original agreement. Lippman was very easy to work with. I was surprised to be speaking to David Lippman instead of an underling. He is very down to earth and not intimidating or scary as some collection lawsuits could be. I am glad everything has been resolved. Thank you David and Matthieu for your help.

They are lowlife, they pursued me over a "Debt" from Northwest hospital from 3 years ago that I have had no luck tracking down the details of and which they claim that I "Owe". Ultimately I was forced to pay over $2000, so I guess that I will have to pay more money to fight the decision as any physical therapy that I received would have been covered by my insurance, or work insurance. So thank you for the fact that they could only provide me with very basic information to assist me in trying to track anything down. Basically, sewer rats have more integrity than this company.

Basically Collections Agency run by Lawyers working for Big Corporations hassling the little guys, threatening people to revoke licenses if they miss a payment, they raise the stakes high if you miss a payment, their pretty much the "Wannabe Messiah's of the DMV" But you can find them grabbing tacos across the street.

I tried to work for this joke of a collections attorney.

Had me doing data entry for the first 2 weeks, then had me auditing a bunch of eviction accounts that had been assigned to him for accounts that had been previously paid. This also lasted 2 weeks. All of these accounts that he placed on my desk (for audit) had already been paid prior to assignment.

Then at the end of the month he had the audacity to ask why I wasn't meeting the collection goal, as if he was expecting me to collect money from accounts that were already paid.

This guy is a complete joke.

Worst company ever . They are very unprofessional and I would never deal with them again. Take you business some where else. Trust me it will be worth it. They take your money and not do there job.
