I always had to call them to follow up on my case. There was no firm to client relationship. I thought from the reviews that I read, they would be what seemed like what everyone else’s great experience - not here. Waited a year to be told that my case was being trasferred to a litigation specialist (a different firm), that now if I win anything in a settlement will cost me 40%, when I should of just gone straight to a firm that will litigate for me. If I were you, avoid these amatures, and go to a law office that will litigate your case if need be, it will cost only 28% instead of the 40% it will cost me if I win. These guys are only about winning your case fast for a settlement. If you run into an insurance company that don’t want to pay, these scrubs will pawn you off to real professionals. Might as well go to the pro’s first and save yourself time and money.

Very reputable law firm. I've had the unfortunate circumstances to have had to retain them a couple of times. They are very good at what they do and get the job done. Their doctors highly respect them and treat you very well. Dr. Paravon (I doubt I spelled that correct) and Dr. Mac, in particular, treat you very well, and will get your injuries worked out. I even hurt my back playing golf long after discharge and they told me to come on in. I said I would pay them and they politely declined. They care about their patients. Their staff are very sweet to deal with as well. Once your injuries are resolved Shane will button the case up and get you top dollar for your injuries. I highly suggest you use them.

This firm had me going to my medical exams at a bunch of hole in the wall start up clinics first off, second i hardly ever was able to reach if i call hardly any attempts to contact me from any of their staff, i think it took them 11 days to assign someone to my case (that's my fault that was the first red flag i noticed right from the beginning, my bad for even waiting around for their help) but they weren't very informative when ever we did talk, just no news or bad news, then they said they have to drop my case, and didn't even inform any of the fake clinics they had me going to for therapy and exams that my case had been dropped. Let me start by explaining the 5 stars. I gave a 5 star rating because thats all there was to give. If there had been 10 stars then I would have most definitely given them 10 stars. Its not that every single little thing went perfect or that I got exactly what I wanted out of the suit. Because I didnt! But Mullen & Mullen along with their team (Joe Morrison & Rosa) made sure from day one that I was informed on what exactly was going on! They reassured me when I had doubts. They answered my questions (I had a lot of them) when I called! Oh yeah they were polite! Even in the beginning when I was totally stressed out over being broke and not able to go to work yet! That's when they hooked me up with Oasis! It is a little expensive but when there is no other options out there they came through for me. More than once! Joe went over everything with me. Asked me what I wanted to do! Then made sure that I was able to get the best deal!
Then when it was over, Joe even called me just to say hello and ask how I was doing! That was proof that these people really did care about me and my catastrophic event! Let me just tell you, their people are smart and if you have a need for there services then you better be smart too! Call them and rest assured they will take care of you! When you envision your life, normally you think of having a great family, a successful career, loyal friends, a strong spiritual relationship and happiness throughout the journey of life.

You know there’s gonna be storms and rough times, but you never think I’m gonna be involved in an auto accident, at least my wife and I never did think we would be in an accident. You see them all the time, but you think “not me.”

Our accident happened, a heavy fender bender. We were rear ended while sitting still. After the collision my our lives were never the same again. It even affected our son who was a 500 miles away at college.

I’m not gonna go into great detail about the accident, but my wife and I didn’t know what to do or who to call. What now? We need help, but we didn’t know any accident attorneys. We asked around to family and friends who were in auto accidents and we basically found out the attorneys to NOT use. We started going through reviews on the net and read horror story after horror story. My wife and I called a few and were stunned of how we were treated over the phone trying to get an attorney. We became discouraged and honestly scared.

I decided to have Mullen and Mullen represent me because of the reviews, and I’m glad I did. I feel like Shane cared about my case as much as I did and his dedication is obvious. If you are looking for a quick “get a little cash and get out” scheme - go to a cable TV ad lawyer- if you are looking for true representation and care from real providers, use this firm.

Pros:
1. I was able to get access to REAL doctors in real offices, who really cared about my well-being. All the places I went were professional and saw patients other than just “car wreck clients”.
2. His connections and reputation allowed me to get the care I needed without a second thought. For instance, I had to have surgery and when I went in to the hospital, the LoP paperwork had not made it to the registration desk- the clerk called her boss and when he found out I was a Mullen client- he told her it was no problem at all- nothing for me to worry about.
3. I didn’t NEED to worry about my case- that’s not saying I didn’t worry (lol), but in the back of my mind I always knew I didn’t NEED to. I was able to rest and heal and I knew my case and care was being handled properly.
4. I was able to get a hold of my lawyer if I needed. Shane gives his clients his cell phone number so they can text him if he is not available at the office. He was always prompt in reaching me via phone if I didn’t want to utilize the text option.
5. I was able to refer my best friend to him when she was hit on the highway. I didn’t have to worry that she was going to be upset that I referred her to a shady firm or a dishonest lawyer- I was able to feel good about her case knowing she was going to be taken care of as well.
6. He took time out of his day to speak with my mother about a legal issue unrelated to any sort of a car accident and give her a referral on who to contact for her unique situation. He didn’t have to do this- it brought him no extra income by doing so, he chose to because he cares.

Cons-
1. There was a problem with an individual in the office who was ‘over promising and under delivering’- nothing major, just a few missed return calls and a couple of times where I had to call her. Shane was able to notice the situation and took corrective action even before I was able to speak to him about it. By the time I did speak with him about the situation, it had already been corrected. So really, the con doesn’t stand any longer- but since this is an honest review, I did want to mention it as part of my experience.

Ultimately, I would use this firm again a hundred times over before I would venture out and take my chances on another firm. If you are injured badly enough to need a PI lawyer, the money is nice, but it’s nothing compared to your health and making sure you are getting top-notch care- Mullen and Mullen is able to offer both, whereas most lawyers I have seen and spoken to can usually only offer one or the other (and a lot of times neither!).

This law firm is absolutely amazing! Don't fall for the attorneys with the gimmicky catch phrases that you here on the radio. Shane Mullen is notably prestigious in his field and has been my attorney for the past few years. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Shane takes the time to address any of your concerns you may have and communicates any updates of your case on a regular basis. I’ve been familiar with the folks at Mullen and Mullen for years and (thankfully) never had a reason to utilize their services...until this year. An inattentive driver crashed into the back of my wife’s vehicle as she was stopped in traffic on the Tollway. There was significant damage to the vehicle, but most worrisome were the injuries my wife sustained in the crash. Mullen and Mullen sent a representative out immediately after we called them for advice. We didn’t think twice to have them represent us against the insurance companies. My wife was referred to an MD straightaway, tests were ordered and therapy was begun at the medical doctors discretion. All of this was a relief for my wife, as she was dealing with not having a vehicle and struggling with her constant physical pain. During the course of her treatment, Joseph Morrison and his assistants with Mullen and Mullen were very responsive to questions and gave honest answers without sugarcoating. I appreciated the transparency very much. These Guys are great.
I got rear ended by a 18 wheeler doing about 80 mph through a construction zone. It felt like I was the 8 ball heading to the corner pocket. HARD! It was instant pain upon impact. I had very painful injuries.
I contacted Mullen and Mullen because the insurance company of the at fault company was impossible to deal with. The at fault party's insurance company was very SLOW at everything they did. Very uncaring too. In fact, they were so slow, that if they were any slower I would think the adjuster could possibly be in a coma.
I contacted Mullen and Mullen. I told them what happened and they Immediately went into action. First getting me the medical help I needed, then contacting the at faults insurance company.
Boy did they change their tune when they found out I had Mullen and Mullen on board. The insurance company was very slow about getting me a rental vehicle. My F-250 truck was totaled from the impact. They had me a rental right away. No questions ask.
The main thing was Mr. Mullen saw that I received the treatment I needed. They called periodically to check to see how I was progressing. They updated me with the status of my claim as things progressed. I couldn't ask for any better treatment. They really care about their clients. That very refreshing especially in the world we live in today.

Im a disabled vet and I was involved in a horrific accident. I have never in all my years received better legal advice and service than from this Law Office! I just wanted to commend Mr. Mullen senior and Mr. Mullen Junior, Joe Morrison and his assistant Rosa for their kindness and effort. I was in a catastrophic level car accident. It was so bad that I had to get four major spine surgeries with fusions and disections in my Lumbar and Cervical spine. Mullen and Mullen took the time to hear what I had to say. September 21, 2017 changed my life forever. I was on the way home from work and was turning on my street, when a 19 year old male decided to fly passed schools buses. He did not see me turning, and hit my car in the rear passenger door, located behind the drivers door. According to witnesses my car went airborne and landed a foot from a metal phone pole. My car was cut into pieces so that I could be removed and sent to a trauma center an hour from my location. Care flight transported me. Of course, I don't remember any of this events. I woke up in confused, medicated state in a hospital room. When I was a coherent and realized the magnitude of my injuries, I knew this was something I could not handle by myself. I research law offices on my phone and located Mullen & Mullen, their reviews were great. However I was skeptical, I never held injury attorneys in high regard. I decided to called Mullen and Mullen Law Office and spoke to the senior Mr. Mullen, who after listening to my injuries stated they would take my case. He stated his investigator would visit me the next day for detail information. The investigator visited with me the next day as I was told. I was assigned to Mr. Joseph Morrison who is a partner at Mullen & Mullen. Mr. Morrison contacted me and assured me that they were on my side, and would make sure I was taken care of. I called Mr. Morrison a few times with questions and each time he was very professional and reassuring. My injuries were: fractured left facial bone, fractured skull, ribs broken, lacerated liver, fractured and broken pelvis. The sacrum had separated from the pelvis and the ligaments holding the pelvis was cut in half. I underwent surgery to stabilize my injuries. This left me bed ridden and completely dependent on medical staff. After months of recovery I am back to work and feeling grateful. Mr. Morrison from the law offices of Mullen and Mullen took the financial stress of settling the medical bills away from me. This allowed me to concentrate strictly on healing. I have always been a very private person, but have shared this story to let you know you there is help. My opinion of injury attorney certainly has changed. I strongly recommend this law firm. They did everything they said they would do, including their promise of 28% fee if we didn’t go to court. We got our settlement and are moving on with our lives after our rollover accident almost one year ago.
